Your first visit
What happens the first time.
An assessment first: your story, then the joint measured, then a plan. Treatment usually starts the same visit.

In one paragraph
The first visit to Aaradhya Physiotherapy Clinic is an assessment. Dr. Brijesh Siwach (PT) takes your history, examines how you move, measures joint range and strength and checks nerve signs, then explains what the problem most likely is and what will be done about it. Book by phone or WhatsApp; the clinic confirms a time and tells you the fee.
Step by step
- 01Book
Call or send a WhatsApp message with your name and what is troubling you. The clinic replies with a time. Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 8 pm.
- 02Arrive
H-35/8, Block H, DLF Phase 1, Sector 26, Gurugram, Haryana 122002. A residential gali in Block H; directions are on the clinic page and in the footer of every page.
- 03Tell the story
When it started, what it stops you doing, what makes it better or worse, what you have tried. Bring any reports.
- 04Be measured
Movement, range in degrees, strength, balance and the nerve tests your problem calls for. Wear clothes that let the area be seen and moved.
- 05Hear the plan
What the problem most likely is, what will be done, roughly how many visits, and what to do at home. Ask anything.
- 06Start
Treatment usually begins the same day, and the first home exercise goes with you.

Any X-ray, MRI or blood reports
A list of medicines you take
Loose clothes for the painful area
A note of when it started and what you have tried
Questions
What should I wear?
Loose clothes that let the painful area be seen and moved: shorts or track pants for a knee or ankle, a vest or loose top for a shoulder or neck.
What should I bring?
Any X-ray, MRI or blood reports you have, a list of medicines you take, and a note of when the problem started and what you have already tried.
How long is a visit?
Long enough for a proper assessment and treatment on the first day; the clinic tells you the expected time when you book. No duration is published here because it has not been confirmed.
Will treatment hurt?
A patient wrote on Google that "his methods are painless". Treatment is adjusted to what you can tolerate, and you are told what to expect before anything is done.
